Ductless Mini-Split Installation
Mini-split systems let you cool or heat a space without touching any existing ductwork. They work well in older homes, add-on rooms, or any area that needs its own zone.
E&E Gliddon holds manufacturer certifications from LG, Gree, and Mitsubishi, and we carry the Select Diamond Dealer designation. Many local contractors cannot come close to that level of specialization, but it's something we earned through dedication and many, many installations. We size and install the system correctly from day one.
Financing Options
We make it easy to get the services you need without the financial stress. E&E Gliddon Home Services offers a variety of financing options through Service Finance Company, along with acceptance of insurance plans and HSA/FSA payments.
Ductwork Replacement
Many older homes in neighborhoods like Kenwood and Old Northeast were built with duct systems that were undersized from the start, or have simply deteriorated over the years. Either way, the result is the same: your AC works harder and delivers less, making your home warmer than it should be.
When replacement is necessary, we size the new ductwork correctly, seal every connection, and run static pressure testing afterward to confirm everything performs the way it should. Proper airflow makes a real difference, both in comfort and on your monthly bill.
System Tune-Up
A tune up with E&E Gliddon goes well beyond a quick visual check up and handshake. Our technicians inspect every component, photograph what they find, and hand you a full report before we leave.
Small problems caught in April rarely become emergency calls in August. Customers tell us they appreciate knowing exactly what was checked and why, along with exactly what to do next. That thoroughness is not a selling point and is just how we operate.
Thermostat Installation
A thermostat that is programmed wrong or wired incorrectly quietly costs you money every month. In St. Petersburg, where the AC runs most of the year, that adds up fast and gives you unexpected energy costs.
We install everything from basic programmable units to smart Wi-Fi thermostats, verify the wiring, and configure the settings before we leave.
Ductless Mini Split Install
Not every home has ductwork, and not every room needs to share the same system.
That's where mini splits solve both problems well. E&E Gliddon holds full certification across LG, Gree, and Mitsubishi systems and carries Select Diamond Dealer registration.
Adding a room, converting a garage, zoning an older home or business, whatever the project, we size and install the system correctly from day one.
Refrigerant Leak Repair
A slow refrigerant leak strains your compressor, and if you ignore it long enough, you are looking at a full system failure. This always seems to strike at the worst possible time.
Our EPA-certified technicians use proper detection methods to find the source, recover refrigerant responsibly, and recharge your system to manufacturer specs. Leaks show up here more than other climates because outdoor coils erode faster than most people realize. We fix the actual problem, not just patch over it.
