AC Repair, Replacement, and Maintenance in St. Petersburg, FL
E&E Gliddon Home Services is St. Petersburg's hometown air conditioning company, founded here in 1983 and still headquartered on 53rd Ave N. We diagnose and repair every major AC brand, replace systems when the math says replace, and maintain them so Florida summers stay chill. The company holds both HVAC license CAC1824566 and electrical license EC13008236, so work that crosses both systems gets done in one visit during regular business hours.

Something Wrong With Your AC?
Most AC problems announce themselves as symptoms first, and most of them have checks you can make yourself before you call. Warm air from the vents, water around the indoor unit, a breaker that will not hold, ice on the lines, or a system that runs all day: each symptom has its own guide. Each guide explains what the symptom means, what to check yourself, and when to call. Start with the 16 most common AC problems Florida homes see.
